JUNE 24TH – 28TH: 7+ Baking Bonanza
In our “Baking Bonanza” program, your baker-to-be will embark on a delightful journey into the wonderful world of baking. From breads to brownies, pizza to pies, this camp is the perfect introduction to what the pastry industry has to offer.
Mornings will be reserved for savoury recipes, which will be eaten as lunch, while afternoons we will switch gears into the sweet side of life. Our chef instructors will be there every step of the way to provide guidance and support, as well as share their knowledge, tips and tricks, helping your kiddo achieve excellence, in and out of the kitchen. Baking Bonanza is more than a cooking camp; it’s a journey of discovery and delight into the world of baking, building essential culinary skills and confidence required for a lifetime of sweet success. We are thrilled to introduce our “Petit Chefs” program! Ideal for young chefs aged 5 to 8. This culinary adventure promises a summer of fun, teamwork, and essential cooking skills. In the morning, we’ll focus on savoury recipes, used for a delicious lunch, while afternoons will be dedicated to exploring the sweet side of life. From crafting cookies to decorating cupcakes, campers will begin to build kitchen confidence with our expert chef instructors. Embark on a global culinary adventure with “Cooking Around the World” this summer! Specifically designed for campers aged 9 and above, this program offers a journey of fun, flavours, and exploration into global cuisines. Your child will learn to create diverse meals from five different countries: crafting Italian pizza, rolling sushi, exploring African cuisine, whipping up Indian delights, and savouring Mexican treats, fostering an appreciation for global food and traditions.
Hands-on cooking includes chopping, sautéing, and baking mouthwatering international dishes, enhancing culinary creativity. Group activities build teamwork skills and lasting friendships, with a friendly cooking competition to showcase their prowess. Each day’s morning recipe becomes lunch, and the afternoon recipe goes home for the family to enjoy.

Calling all young chefs aged 8 and above to join us for a sizzling culinary journey this summer! Chefs in the making will dive into a world of fun and flavours to master essential culinary and pastry skills, from knife techniques to crafting delicious dishes with yummy creativity.
Expect a global exploration of cuisines and cooking styles, spiced up with a friendly cooking competition to put their culinary prowess to the test. While gaining kitchen confidence, they’ll also learn vital life skills like meal planning and teamwork. During Top Chef Sizzle ‘n Slice, the morning recipe becomes lunch, and the afternoon creation goes home for the chef to enjoy and share with family! Campers are required to bring their labelled water bottle, and a labelled take-home container for treats. All campers must purchase Nini’s Cooking uniform set (Chef coat, apron, and cut gloves). Campers without uniforms will not be allowed access. Campers are free to eat all meals and treats prepared or take meals home after they have been well-fed. Campers are provided with a spacious, safe, clean, and sanitized place to have fun, get creative, and build skills, confidence, and relationships.
Before and After Care Packages: Weekly Packages:
Before care (8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.) – $75.00/week Aftercare (4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) – $75.00/week Before & Aftercare (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) – $150.00/week Daily Packages: Before care (8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.) – $15.00/day Aftercare (4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) – $20.00/day Emergency one-time care – $15.00
(Note: Before and after camp care is fully supervised child care only; no organized activities will be provided by the camp staff. Please have your child come with a book to read or any other activity before camp. Campers not picked up by 5:00 p.m. will be charged a $15.00 late fee.)

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be made 90 days prior to the scheduled camp or class less the administration fee. This policy applies to all our classes and camps. See details on the registration page. No refunds will be issued due to illness or missed classes. Please note that Nini’s Cooking Class reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of participants. We have limited space for participants. We will make every effort possible to accommodate our students.
